Q. Can I negotiate to get discounted?
A.  We cannot offer price adjustments or discounts on our products.

Q. Can I get a bulk purchase discount
A.  We are sorry. We do not offer discounts for multiple purchases.

Q. Why was the purchase process in progress, but the product was sold out
A.  All of our products are one-of-a-kind, so if an order overlaps with another customer's order, the sale will be made to the customer who completed the order first.
Please make sure that you complete ordering the items you have added to your Shopping Cart as soon as possible.

Q. Is it possible to hold the product temporarily?
A.  We are not able to accept reservations or layaways of any products on this site.

Q. Are the branded items you offer authentic
A.The vintage brand items we sell are thoroughly checked by in-house professional authenticators and third party experts, and we only sell items that have been certified as authentic.

Q.  Does the brand's box or storage bag come with the productIf not, I would like them to be included.
A.  Vintage items have passed through many hands and places over the years. 
Many of the boxes or storage bags that originally came with the item are already damaged or missing, so they are not always included.

Q. How secure is my credit card
A.  Our store uses SSL technology for the shopping cart, checkout screen, My Page, etc. so that credit card numbers and other information are encrypted before transmission. Please be assured that our system does not store your credit card information.

Q. How much does it cost to ship my order
A. Purchases over 50,000 yen qualify for free shipping within Japan and worldwide.
For purchases under 50,000 yen, shipping is charged at 2,000 yen within Japan, and 5,000 yen overseas.

Q. Can I specify a delivery company
A.  We are sorry, but you cannot specify.

Q.  Can you ship overseas
A.  Yes, we do ship internationally.

Q. How much is the customs duty for international shipments
A.  Import duties and consumption taxes are charged when the parcel arrives in the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Please note that we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions regarding customs duties, please contact your local customs office.

Q. Can I have my order delivered to another address
A.  Yes, we do. Please specify your delivery address at the time of purchase.

Q. Is gift wrapping available
A.  We are sorry but gift wrapping will not be accepted, due to the nature of vintage products there may be variations in the condition of the items.

Q. Can I combine orders into one
A. It is possible to pay for purchased items simultaneously.
If you would like to ship in bulk, please add all items to your cart before proceeding with your order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if you contact us in advance.

Q. How can I track my order
A.  Your tracking number is on the shipping email sent from mmwjapaninfo@gmail.com
and you can view your purchase history on My Page.

Q. I have not received my order.
A.  Please contact us. We'll check the delivery status immediately.

Q. Are you going to take care of any accidents that may occur during the shipping process
A.  Due to the fact that all items are one-of-a-kind, in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order due to a shipping accident, we inform you that your order will be canceled (refunded).
*We will let you know if other similar products are available.

Q. I am interested in a return or exchange of this product because it is not my image.
A. All our products are one-of-a-kind, so we do not accept exchanges or replacements.
We offer a return service only if you receive an item that is not what you ordered and you contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Q. I would like to cancel my subscription to your newsletter.
A.  Please go to "Newsletter Subscription" under "View/Change Member Information" on "My Page" and uncheck the box to make the change.
