■Shopping Guide (Terms of Use)
1. Returning, exchanging, or canceling a item
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
Cancellation of an order after it has been placed is also not accepted.
While we pay careful attention to the quality of our items, due to the nature of vintage items, slight signs of usage, fine creases and fraying may occur. By purchasing an item, you understand and agree to these items. Please read the item description carefully, check the pictures, and double-check the dimensions and condition before purchasing. The colors may appear different depending on your device, especially the color in beige and yellow. Please note that orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged if there is no problem with use.
In addition, due to the nature of viewing on a computer or mobile device, the color of the item images may differ slightly from the actual color. We do not consider any issues related to the color of the images to be a defect on our part.
Upon the arrival of the item, please open the packaging as soon as possible to check the condition of the item.
Returns are only accepted for items with obvious defects that differ from the time of purchase(excludes creasing or deformation caused by handling, shipping or storage) or If you receive an item that does not match your order, the defective items can be returned or exchanged after receipt of goods, please contact us by email “within 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT”.(mmwjapaninfo@gmail.com)
In this case, please return everything that was shipped. This includes guarantee cards and any novelties or catalogs included in the campaign.
Also, please note that the items must be unused and in unaltered condition with no item tags or other items missing. Unlike door-to-door sales, sales made via the Internet are not covered by a cooling off period.
2. International duties and consumption taxes
Import duties and consumption taxes are charged upon arrival of the parcel in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel.Please note that we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions regarding customs duties, please contact the customs office in your country.
3. How to shop
On the item detail page of the desired item, select the desired item on the screen and click "Add to Cart" to save the selected item to your cart. Once you have completed your item selection, click the "Order" button on the shopping cart screen to proceed with the checkout process. Please note that we do not accept returns, order changes, additions, payment method changes, or consolidated shipments after an order has been confirmed. When placing an order, please fully review the contents of the item on the item page and other pages.
4. Information
If you are already a registered member, your registration information will automatically be filled in when you log in. If you have not yet registered, please register your email address and shipping information.
5. Shipping confirmation, payment method, etc.
-Shipping Charge
Purchases over 50,000 yen qualify for free shipping within Japan and worldwide.
For purchases under 50,000 yen, shipping is charged at 2,000 yen within Japan, and 5,000 yen for flat rate shipping overseas.
-Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB), Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. If you wish to pay by credit card, please enter your credit card information.
-Estimated delivery date
Shipping time varies depending on the delivery area. It will take a maximum of 10 business days after payment confirmation.
In the following cases, please note that delays may occur
・Traffic Regulation
・Traffic conditions and inclement weather
・National holidays and year-end and New Year holidays (12/29-1/3) in Japan
・Sale Period
・Except for certain areas including some remote islands
-Long-term absence or refusal to receive
We do not accept returns due to long-term absence or refusal to receive. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us. Please note that in the event of long-term absence or refusal to pick up due to import duties and excise taxes, that case your order will be canceled and we will refund you except the round trip delivery fees.
Please be sure to receive your purchase, as your future use of the site may be restricted if you return or cancel your order in violation of our policies, are absent for an extended period of time, or refuse to accept your order.
6.Display the Order Completion page
Review the contents of your shopping cart and click "Complete Order". Confirm the "Complete Order" screen that appears. Once the process is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been submitted successfully, so please contact us.
